Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy for credit purchases is as follows:
- Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partially Used Credits: If you have used some credits, refunds will be issued for the unused portion only, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Fully Used Credits: No refund is available for fully consumed credits.
- Expired Credits: Credits that have expired are not eligible for refund.
2. Turnitin Student Account Refunds
- Before Activation: Full refund if account credentials have not been delivered yet.
- After Activation: No refund once the Turnitin student account credentials have been shared, as the account is immediately active and usable.
- Account Issues: If there are technical issues with your Turnitin account within the warranty period, we will either fix the issue or provide a replacement account.
3. Report Quality Issues
If you believe a report was inaccurate or incomplete due to a system error:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the report.
- We will review the submission and, if an error is confirmed, provide a credit refund for that submission.
- Disputes based on subjective disagreement with AI detection results are not eligible for refund.
4. Free Credits
Credits received through referrals, promotions, or registration bonuses are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@aidetectorturnitin.com with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- Order/payment reference or Stripe receipt.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in your account being permanently suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues promptly.
